Terms and conditions

The international delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta Global. Delivery of orders is carried out under the terms of logistics operator Nova Poshta Global. You can find the current version of terms on the novaposhta.ua.

Orders that cost close to the duty-free limit may be subject to additional fees and taxes due to the daily exchange rate fluctuation. Also, the exchange rate on the date when the order was placed on the website may differ from the rate on the date of customs clearance. Any additional fees are paid by the recipient of the parcel. Since customs policies and import duties differ from country to country, PIANOSERVICE cannot predict these fees at the order placement stage on the website.

We advise you to contact your destination country customs office to ensure that all items in an order are approved for import and do not require additional permits or licenses. If the value of goods for personal use exceeds the duty-free limit, their import is subject to corresponding duties, taxes, and other customs fees. We advise you to obtain information about possible additional costs before placing your order. PIANOSERVICE is not responsible for orders that are detained at customs or confiscated.

For some countries, there is a limit on the order amount, which must not exceed the duty-free amount limit for the import of goods to that country. In case this amount is exceeded, it is necessary to reduce the order amount. A warning about exceeding the limit will be displayed during checkout.

In case you received a defective item in your order, you have the right to replace such item or to receive a refund. Please, send an email to [email protected] with the following information: order number, international shipment invoice number, photo of the item's defect, and specify whether you would like to have it replaced or refunded.

After your request is received and processed, you will receive a refund or a new item will be shipped to you (if the item is in stock) within 7 business days.

In case you have not received the goods at the delivery address within the estimated terms stipulated by the conditions of international transportation, the goods are considered accepted by you, and PIANOSERVICE does not compensate for the cost of the goods and the cost of services for the delivery of international shipment.

In case you are not satisfied with the received items' shape, dimensions, style, color, or size, you have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days, starting from the purchase date. The return delivery of the goods is carried out at the expense of the Sender (Client). You will receive a refund within 7 business days after the returned item is received by PIANOSERVICE
